Rebuilding lives, one home at a time.
An 18-month transitional housing program guiding neighbors through stable homes, life-skills classes, and recovery support — toward a job, a lease, and a future they own.
Our promise to every participant
We are a community-rooted nonprofit. These are the commitments we hold ourselves to — no fine print.
Dignity first
Safe, stable housing and a judgment-free path forward from day one.
Walk alongside you
Counselors and mentors stay with you across all 18 months, not just intake.
A real exit plan
Complete the program with a job secured and a rent voucher in hand.
Three homes. One transformation.
Participants move through up to three homes as they build the stability, skills, and savings to stand on their own.
- 01
Stabilize
Move into safe transitional housing with food, hygiene supplies, and a calm place to reset.
- 02
Learn & heal
Classes in budgeting, employment readiness, and life transition, paired with drug counseling and recovery support.
- 03
Launch
Secure steady employment and graduate with a voucher covering first and last month's rent on your own lease.
Food and hygiene essentials are provided throughout — so participants can focus on rebuilding, not surviving.
